We are a multi-generational family business that loves doing life together, and what better way to do this than working to  craft delicious treats for you to enjoy.

HOW WE DO IT

We completed our training in a little Italian town along the Tuscan coastline. Here we learnt the art of gelato making … the natural way! Balancing each flavour individually, from scratch to provide the perfect texture and flavour.

With a strong focus on community and relationships, we draw inspiration from the community and environment around us.

At Al Bacio, we pride ourselves on using the highest quality ingredients, handmade in-house with fresh seasonal fruits, artisan cheeses (including buffalo ricotta and mascarpone), whole nuts, and the finest quality chocolate.

Committed to quality, freshness and taste … We seek the best seasonal ingredients from local farmers and producers. Transforming them to create hand-made authentic gelato that champions the taste and genuine goodness of the products we begin with. 

We never use artificial flavours, colouring or pre-prepared (semi-finished) commercial products, pre-balanced powder bases, pastes and products. We never use frozen fruits, instead we source our fresh produce from local farms. Our nut pastes, crumbles, toppings, ripple sauces and infusions are made entirely in-house to perfectly compliment our all natural artisan gelato. 

 

Proudly 100% natural. Come taste the difference.

At Al Bacio, we use a traditional Italian Pozzetti system which protects the gelato from exposure to light and air. This keeps it at the optimal environment. Ensuring that you're getting the freshest serve possible, every time. 

 

Quality is judged by taste, so come and sample before you choose to find your perfect match.
